    Welcome to Patch Pro Studio! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

    1. Product Customization

    We produce made-to-order custom patches based on your submitted designs and specifications. It is your responsibility to ensure all details provided are accurate.

    2. Proof Approval

    Before production, we send a digital proof for your approval. Once you approve it, no further changes can be made, and we are not responsible for errors or omissions that were approved.

    3. Payment Terms

    Full payment is required upfront for all orders. We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Cash app or bank transfer (where applicable).

    4. Turnaround Time

    Typical production time is 10–14 business days after proof approval. Shipping timelines may vary based on your location.

    5. Shipping

    We ship worldwide and provide tracking for all orders. Patch Pro Studio is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

    6. Refund & Replacement Policy

    Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll offer a replacement or solution on a case-by-case basis.

    7. Intellectual Property

    By submitting a design, you confirm that you have the rights to use it. Patch Pro Studio is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement related to your custom artwork.

    8. Usage Rights

    We may showcase completed patch designs on our website or social media unless otherwise requested in writing.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Patch Pro Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

    10. Customer Care Communication

    Patch Pro Studio’s SMS Customer Care Communication program provides customers with text messages related to quotation requests, customer support, order updates, service notifications, account-related information, and responses to inquiries submitted through our website or support channels.

    By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive text messages from Patch Pro Studio related to your quotation request, order, or customer service inquiry. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. You may submit a quote request or place an order without agreeing to receive SMS messages.

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number you received the message from. After you send STOP, we may send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
